We have so many projects going on that sometimes it would be nice to simply search through all projects for a keyword. Sometimes updates to a project are buried in the conversation notes.

When creating a complex project, it would be very helpful to be able to create and tune up the project in private, while assigning real people to the tasks. I don't want the people looking at the project while it is being created and sorted out. Once it is ready, then I would like to publish it to the relevant people.

You guys need a like button or an acknowledgment button for comments. Not every comment needs a response but it would be nice for staff/management to see that people saw the update.

In your mentions it doesn't show a task name. Just the overall project. Tasks can be huge.Its a pain to try to go back and figure out what its attached to.

I'd like to have a general place to view all current activities of all my projects.

The videos would be more accessible if they had subtitles. If there is already an option for subtitles, it needs to made more clear.

When planning a project, the parties involved agree upon a time frame for each task. If a task is not completed in the agreed upon time frame, we have to note in the comments section the difference between the agreed upon completion date and the actual completion date. We do this so that it's very clear as to why a project completion date is pushed out from the original agreed upon date. It would be nice if each task could have an actual "Completion Date" which would highlight where delays occurred or where work was finished ahead of schedule. Thank you!
