Adjustable Calendar View for Weekly Construction Schedule

I cannot adjust the calendar view to show one week with all tasks per day for each project, which would be ideal for creating a weekly construction schedule. Although the Gantt Chart view offers this option, it is too complicated for my team to interpret. The calendar view is more team-friendly, but it lacks the ability to change print settings. It would be beneficial to have an adjustable calendar view that allows for easy printing and sharing with the team.

Thanks for the construction scheduling context. It sounds like you may be looking for a weekly lookahead-style schedule that’s easier for the team to read than the full Gantt chart.
