Admins can manage user access to projects

At the moment we have to add users to each individual project. It's time consuming and a bit awkward having to send an invitation email to each of my internal team for each project.
I would recommend that admins have the ability to see each users project access and then have the ability to add or remove them. In addition it makes sense to be able to set some users as automatically added to projects.
