I often have a hard launch date that can't change. When I adjust dates along the way, it's a real pain to have to keep moving the final launch date back to its original position.

This is available in Gantt view. Project managers can go to Menu > Project Settings to lock or unlock all milestones in a project!

This way I can set a fixed date for a critical milestone and see it turn the dependencies red when the project changes and we may miss this milestone.
