Allow non-managers to add notes

I find it restrictive that only managers can add notes in the system. It would be beneficial if all team members, regardless of their role, could add notes to tasks. This change would enhance collaboration and make it easier for everyone to contribute their insights and updates directly into the project.

Thanks for sharing this. If by notes you mean task comments, collaborators can already comment, upload/download documents, update progress, and check off checklist items on tasks within projects they’re invited to. If you mean a separate notes field or a different permission level for editing task details, we’re tracking that distinction as product feedback.
