I should be able to type in a value for lead/lag instead of only being able to use the +/- buttons. If I have a task that lags by a 3 months, I have to click the plus button 60 times.

Thanks for pointing out how many clicks a long lag requires. The dependency menu has a Set control for lead or lag time: https://support.teamgantt.com/article/8-dependencies/ We’ve also captured your request for a straightforward typed value so a three-month lag is quicker to enter.
