Track labor in units of days and convert to wages

I need a feature that allows me to track labor in units of days and then convert that data into wages. This would greatly enhance my ability to manage labor costs effectively. The current system's visual display of Gantt charts and ease of grouping and movement is excellent, and I would love to see this functionality integrated.
